How it works
- Next renewal rolls forward automatically for auto-renewing subscriptions whose date has passed (by month, quarter, or year).
- Notice deadline = next renewal − notice period. After it passes, most contracts renew even if you cancel.
- Status: red when the notice deadline is within 14 days or already passed, yellow within 45 days, green otherwise.
- Calendar file adds an all-day event on each upcoming notice deadline with a reminder 7 days before. It works with Outlook, Google Calendar, and Apple Calendar. Each subscription keeps the same event ID, so importing a newer file updates its events rather than adding copies in most calendar apps.
- Importing a CSV: dates like 2027-01-15, 1/15/2027 (month/day/year), or Jan 15 2027 all work.
Check each contract for its exact notice terms — some require written notice, and some count business days.
