Terms of use

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These terms apply to www.cyber-affinity.com and the free tools on it (together, the "Site"), provided by Cyber Affinity LLC ("Cyber Affinity," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Using the free tools

You may use the free tools, and anything you create with them (such as reports, plans, policies, and exports), for your own personal or internal business purposes, including sharing your results with your organization, clients, or auditors.

The tools run in your web browser. Information you enter into a tool stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it. See our privacy notice.

2. What you may not do

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

If you've found a security issue, we want to hear about it — please tell us through the contact form, and don't access data that isn't yours.

3. Ownership

The Site, including the tools, source code, templates, text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Cyber Affinity LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. "Cyber Affinity," "AffinityOne," "Affinity PM," and "ManageMeant" are names of Cyber Affinity LLC. These terms don't give you any ownership of the Site. You own the information you enter and the results you create.

4. Not professional advice

The tools, templates, and content are general information to help you think and plan. They are not legal, financial, insurance, HR, or security advice, and they don't guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, standard, or contract. Review results with qualified professionals before relying on them — especially policies, incident notifications, and financial decisions.

5. No warranty

The Site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or remove any tool at any time. Because tools save data in your browser, clearing your browser data can erase your work — keep your own backups using the export features.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Affinity LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Site or tools. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

7. Your responsibility

You're responsible for how you use the Site and its outputs, and you agree to indemnify Cyber Affinity LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

8. Paid products and early access

Early-access requests don't create any obligation for either party. Paid products, if you sign up for them, are governed by their own agreements.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Cyber Affinity LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
