What we collect
When you request early access, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, company, product interest, and any note you add. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and troubleshooting.
Free tools
Our free tools run in your web browser. The numbers, answers, documents and files you enter into them stay in your browser and are not sent to us, with these exceptions, which only happen when you choose them:
- Threat Desk connected accounts: if you connect your own account with a threat-intelligence service, the indicator you look up (such as an IP address, domain or file hash) passes through our server to that service. We don't store it or log it.
- Runbook Studio sync: if you turn on sync, your library is encrypted in your browser before it's sent, using a key from your passkey or recovery code. We store only the encrypted copy and can't read it. You can delete it at any time from the tool's settings. Evidence files from runs are not synced.
- Early-access tools: when you enter an access code, your browser keeps a cookie that proves access for 30 days. It contains no personal information and isn't used for tracking.
Board workspace
We host an invite-only workspace for community associations we work with. Unlike the free tools, what invited members enter there (names, email addresses, documents, receipts and financial records) is stored on our server, encrypted at rest, kept only for that association, and never sold or shared. Members sign in with a one-time link sent by email, and a sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days. Sign-in emails are delivered through our email provider. The association can ask us to export or delete its data at any time.
Spam protection
To stop automated spam, our form asks your browser to solve a small computational puzzle before submitting. We don't use third-party CAPTCHAs or tracking services.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about Cyber Affinity products and early access. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use tracking cookies on this site.
Retention
We keep early-access requests until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by replying to any email we send you.
